Oatey EMAIL SIGNATURE templates and instructions:

EMAIL SIGNATURE INSTRUCTIONS

Click and drag your mouse over one of the email signatures below and copy (Control+C).
Open Outlook and select "File" then "Options."
Click the "Mail" tab in the Outlook Options window and then select "Signatures."
In the "Signatures and Stationery" window, click "New" to create a new signature and name the signature.
Paste (Control+V) the signature you copied in Step 1 into the "Signature Text" box.
One at a time, highlight and change the name, title, email address, direct number, and mobile number - remove “Mobile” copy, number and vertical line preceding it if this is not applicable to you - remove “Direct” copy, number and vertical line preceding it if this is not applicable to you - DO NOT ADD ADDITIONAL COPY TO YOUR SIGNATURE - DO NOT ADD ADDITIONAL IMAGES TO YOUR SIGNATURE.
Under the "Choose Default Signature" heading (in blue) select the "New Messages" drop down box and highlight and click the signature you created in step 4.
Under the "Choose Default Signature" heading (in blue) select the "Forwards and Replies" drop down box and highlight and click that same signature.
Click "OK" at the bottom of the window and confirm all changes.
Create a new email message and check to see if your email signature is working correctly.
